Its amazing to me how trends keep recycling themselves. In these very early shots of Madonna in the 1980's show just that. The high waisted pants and the distressed, boyfriend jeans. This trend was very popular then and is going strong today. These images are beautifully done. Super cool and modern looking. It could have been shot today really not knowing the difference in the decade. Except that Madonna looks much younger and new at this thing called stardom...
